Program Description

Learn to do spins and tricks on static poles, floor work, dance, and upright moves on spinning poles all while challenging your body and developing your core strength.


Recommended equipment: short sleeve shirt, and shorts, knee pads, socks or heels. NO lotion, oils, or hair conditioners.
